One brick at a time. Coach Deppeler has attempted to invoke a sense of passion for the age old sport, recruiting freshmen and sophomores in the past couple of years to try and build a successful program. Everyone knew that this season was going to be rather difficult, but that the lessons learned would help the team success in the future. Seniors George Costidis and Will Weise have been called upon to mentor the underclassmen and build an exciting program at Midd South that could compete with the some of the best teams in Monmouth County such as Holmdel. With the season winding down, Middletown South currently holds a 3-10 record. The team worked hard, has learned a lot during this season and will use newly acquired skills to improve their record next season.
