The Eagle Eye

Jillian Buckley

Jillian Buckley is an upcoming senior who is honored to be a co-editor for the Entertainment position. When she is not studying for school or worrying about college, you can normally find her reading, writing, or listening to music. Her absolute favorite bands include All Time Low and Blink-182, who have both heavily influenced her poetry writing. Ever since she was a little girl, she has been writing poetry, and the beginning of high school made her want to pursue it, along with teaching, as a full-time career. She has shown her poetry in the school’s literary magazine, Subterranean, and she has performed it at reading events. Her primary goal in her senior year is to leave a lasting impression on this school, and she hopes that her articles will inspire other students to pursue the art of writing.
