And The Oscar Goes To…

The Academy Awards, airing this year on February 28th, have recently received a lot of criticism for their lack of cultural representation. All of the nominees for Best Actor/Actress and supporting roles are white. This is nothing new for the Oscars, which has been berated over the past few years for their complete lack of nominations for people of color. This has caused the many actors, most notably Jada Pinkett Smith, to boycott the Oscars.
