Q: We have seen you around the Middletown School District before. What are your previous positions?
A: I was a teacher at Thompson – Physical Education
I was an Assistant Principal at Thompson with Mr. Houston
A principal at River Plaza Elementary
And now an Assistant Principal with Mr. Rinella – happy to be back at the Secondary Level
Q: Were you ever a teacher?
A: Yes at every level – Elementary, Middle & High School – Science, Health & PE
Q: Why did you decide to become involved with education?
A: I firmly believe that a positive educational experience will give students the tools they need to be successful
Q: What do you enjoy doing outside of school?
A: Refereeing Basketball, Automotive Mechanics, Theater Productions
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Acting, photography
Q: Are there any interesting facts you think the MHSS student body should know about you?
A: I am excited to work with teachers and students in developing a new ‘Diversity Council.’ We need to champion our differences, not be afraid of them.
Q: Is there anything you would like to add?
A: I am always excited to hear of new ideas and initiatives students may have to make our school a great place.
