The annual Jersey shore tradition of Sea.Hear.Now is back, with a recently released lineup for their 2026 two-day festival taking place September 19th and 20th in Asbury Park. The festival promises two amazing nights of music, art, and surf.
Saturday Lineup
The inaugural night for Sea.Hear.Now 2026 starts off strong, with the British folk-rock Mumford & Sons headlining Saturday’s performances. Performing alongside Mumford & Sons is the 90’s pop-punk band The Offspring, poised to add some much needed energy to what appears to be a night more focused on folk, R&B, and alternative music rather than Sea.Hear.Now’s more rock focused past. Other notable acts include The War on Drugs, The All-American Rejects, Chaka Khan, Men At Work, and Steph Strings.
Sunday Lineup
Sea.Hear.Now sees a return to the rock roots for its final night, with the recently re-energized The Strokes coming to the Jersey Shore after two electric weekends performing at Coachella and a new album, Reality Awaits, set to release June 26th of this year. The Strokes are also accompanied by the Dublin based post-punk outfit Fontaines D.C., which will be making one of the last stops of their world tour at the festival. The ever influential Pixies will also be performing on Sunday, alongside The Goo Goo Dolls, Ziggy Marley, Kim Gordon, and Flipturn.
Surf + Other Activities
While not Sea.Hear.Now’s main appeal, many notable east coast surfers will be making their appearances at Sea.Hear.Now to compete in unique team surf contests. Notable surfers making waves this fall include Sam Hammer, Cassidy Mcclain, Rob Kelly, and Mia Gallagher. Many popular NJ restaurants will also be setting up camp over the weekend, with restaurants like Local Smoke BBQ, Asian Bistro, and Mogo Korean Fusion Tacos offering festival goers with a diverse array of dining options. There will also be numerous art installations made by local artists throughout the festival grounds, and art created by performing musicians is displayed at the Transparent Gallery, alongside the occasional impromptu set.
In all, Sea.Hear.Now looks to be another amazing weekend of art and experiences for the Jersey Shore this fall. Tickets, including 2-day and 1-day general admission options, are still on sale, but moving fast. If you are interested in attending, you are encouraged to not wait to purchase, as the festival commonly sells out every year.
