This year may be flying by, but, hopefully, you still made time for all your Thanksgiving traditions. South’s Key Club sure did. Their annual Thanksgiving pie fundraiser was back and better than ever this year. The MHSS Key Club has partnered with Dearborn Markets to sell various pies right before Thanksgiving for the past few years, and, just like most things, the fundraiser was unable to happen last year. It seemed like South students and faculty missed it very much, as over 280 pies were sold this November. This year the Key Club donated half of their proceeds to the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The Key Club officers, along with advisor, Ms. Walker, worked hard the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to organize all the pies to be picked up.
